Yes, we provide secure online notarization where you can connect with us through video. This is convenient if you cannot meet in person.
With mobile notarization, the notary comes to your location — whether that’s your home, office, or another convenient place. A flat travel fee plus a per-signature fee applies. This makes it easy to get documents notarized without having to travel. For RON appointments signers must have a stable internet connection camera/microphone enabled device.
An apostille is like an international stamp of approval that makes your U.S. document valid in another country. You’ll usually need one if you’re sending personal documents (like birth or marriage certificates) or business papers overseas for legal use.
Our fees vary depending on the type of service (remote online notarization, mobile notarization, or apostille facilitation). You can view the exact prices and book directly on our [Book Appointment] page.
We accept major credit/debit cards, and online payments. Payment is due at the time of service.
We are available Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Weekend appointments may be available upon request.
At this time, we do not operate from a physical office. We provide mobile notary services, meaning we come to your location to complete your notarization. We also offer remote online notarization (RON) for clients who prefer to complete their notarization virtually.
