  • You are responsible for ensuring that the documents you present are complete and ready for notarization.

  • Our notaries cannot provide legal advice or draft legal documents. If you require legal advice, please consult a licensed attorney.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

While we take care to provide accurate and professional notary services, ACME Signing Notary Services is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
